Data we process

Depending on how you use the website, we may process:

  • Enquiry data: name, email address, company, role, area of interest and the contents of your message.
  • Wallet and account data: public wallet address, signed login message and session information when you connect a wallet.
  • Allowlist data: email address, Discord user ID and username, allowlist participation, and information supplied by an allowlist creator.
  • Transaction data: network, public transaction hash, amount and payment status where an on-chain payment is used.
  • Tool inputs and technical data: information submitted to a tool, IP address, browser or device information, timestamps, request logs and security events.

Public blockchain records are visible independently of this website and generally cannot be altered or erased by us.

Purposes and legal bases

We use this information to:

  • respond to enquiries and discuss or deliver requested work;
  • authenticate users, operate community tools and manage allowlists;
  • verify on-chain transactions and prevent duplicate or fraudulent registrations;
  • maintain, secure and improve the website and understand aggregate tool usage; and
  • meet accounting, legal and regulatory obligations.

Where the EU or UK GDPR applies, processing is based as appropriate on steps requested before a contract, performance of a contract, legitimate interests in operating and securing the service, legal obligations, or consent where the law requires it.

Providers and recipients

We share data only where needed to operate the service or respond to you. Relevant recipients may include hosting, database and cloud infrastructure providers; Telegram for delivery of contact enquiries; Reown and WalletConnect-compatible wallet providers for wallet connections; Discord for optional account linking; and blockchain networks, RPC providers and explorers for on-chain functions.

Some providers or team entities may process data outside Switzerland or your country. Where required, we use recognised safeguards or rely on another lawful transfer mechanism. Third-party services process data under their own terms and privacy notices where they act independently.

Cookies and local storage

The website and its wallet integration may use cookies or browser storage required for authentication, session continuity, security and wallet connection. A signed-in session can remain valid for up to 30 days. Reown AppKit may also collect connection and product-usage analytics under its configured service settings. We do not use this website to build our own advertising profile about you.

You can clear cookies and local storage through your browser or disconnect your wallet. Doing so may sign you out or prevent parts of the toolkit from working correctly.

Retention and security

We retain personal data only for as long as needed for the purposes above, including follow-up on enquiries, active tool accounts and allowlists, security, dispute resolution, and statutory record-keeping. Retention periods vary by record type and applicable legal obligations.

We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards designed to protect data. No internet service or blockchain interaction can be guaranteed completely secure, so you should never submit wallet seed phrases or private keys through this website.

Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may ask whether we process your personal data and request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it for the future. You may also complain to the competent data-protection authority, including the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner.

Send requests to [email protected]. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.

We may update this notice when the website, toolkit or applicable requirements change. The date at the top of this page shows the latest revision. Material changes will be highlighted where appropriate.
